2. General information on data processing

As a rule, we process our users' personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website along with our content and services. Processing takes place only on the basis of a statutory permission or with the user's consent.

3. Hosting

When you visit our website, the server automatically records what are known as server log files, which may contain the following data:

  • IP address of the requesting device
  • Date and time of access
  • Name and URL of the file retrieved
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Referrer URL (previously visited page)

Processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the proper operation and the security of the website. The log files are deleted after 30 days at the latest.

Retention period: the data is deleted once your enquiry has been conclusively handled and no statutory retention obligations stand in the way (as a rule after 3 years; tax-relevant records after 10 years).

If you contact us by e-mail, the data you transmit (e-mail address, name, message content) is stored in order to handle your enquiry. It is not passed on to third parties.
